About the Event:
Peter Slate is the CEO of Arizona Technology Enterprises, LLC, the company charged with handling licensing and venturing for Arizona State University. Mr. Slate has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and advisor to emerging and start-up ventures. He has also held senior business development and strategy positions with public and private companies, including Baxter International, where he was Director of Corporate Strategy and the founder of Baxter's Global Technology Outlicensing Group; Zenith Electronics, where he played a key role in the company's operational and financial restructuring; and Primecare International, Inc., a leading physician practice management company, where he oversaw acquisitions and financing transactions as VP and Associate General Counsel.

Michael Wolf is the General Partner of Lobodos Ventures, an angel investment company. Mr. Wolf has over 26 years of operational experience in the software industry, with Vitrix, VIASOFT, Computer Associates, Capex, and EDS. He has served in various roles, including president, CEO, chairman, and CTO. As a co-founder of VIASOFT, he helped drive the software company from startup, through a successful IPO, and to over $1 billion in capitalization. Mr. Wolf is active as a local Angel investor, primarily investing in high technology startups. He is a long time member of the Arizona Angels, and serves as the chairman of its Selection Committee.
