Presentation

The presentation will explore the critical role of intellectual property in raising capital, what to expect during intellectual property due diligence, and how best to prepare.

Presenters: Stuart M. Falber, Esq. , Partner, WilmerHale. Mr. Falber’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on private placements and public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions for companies in the life sciences area. Michael J. Twomey, Esq. , Partner, WilmerHale. Mr. Twomey’s practice includes client counseling in all aspects of domestic and foreign patent prosecution, patent portfolio management and intellectual property due diligence analysis in connection with mergers, acquisitions, private equity placements and public stock offerings.
