Ms. Copenhaver will give a high level overview of the impact and opportunity of collaborative development models.  Mr. Fontana will join us to conduct a discussion of the recently release version 3 of the draft GPL 3, that is currently under consideration.  Richard has been working with the GPL 3 Committees and is one of the primary drafters of the license and the explanatory documents that accompany the drafts.
