Strategic IP-Centric Deals for Prospering in Tough Economic Times

Large and small technology companies are faced with the challenge of trying to prosper in a stagnant economy. Through ingenuity and strategic IP management techniques, difficult economic conditions can give rise to tremendous opportunity for new value creation.

Speaker:
Edward Kahn, Founder and President of EKMS, Inc., an intellectual property strategy firm, will discuss strategies for converting IP assets into business advantage during hard economic times and provide real world examples of successful IP-centric deals and approaches within a wide range of technical fields. Examples cited will prove highly relevant for companies trying to broaden technology applications of currently commercialized IP, seeking to acquire new defensive "armor" for upcoming product launches, or attempting to leverage enforcement opportunities with limited resources.
