What Every Negotiator Should Consider When Negotiating a Technology Agreement
It is not uncommon for business negotiators to come to a "final" agreement on various types of business arrangements involving technology before ever consulting an attorney. Often, these negotiators will have failed to address critical questions that should have been addressed as part of the negotiations. This program will identify and analyze several critical areas that business negotiators should consider when negotiating a technology agreement. Real world examples will illustrate the potential consequences when these issues are not addressed.
