Special Considerations in Negotiating and Structuring International Licensing Agreements (1.0 CLE Credit Applied for)

The Program focused on the challenges inherent in negotiating and drafting an International license agreement, including:

• cultural considerations;
• tax considerations;
• governing law and conflict resolution provisions; and
• management of the ongoing licensee-licensor relationship.

Kelly Terry is co-founder and President of Dolphin Group Technologies, Inc., as well as a member of its Board of Directors. DGTI is an international company with clients in Asia, Africa, Europe and the United States. The mission of DGTI is to bring underdeveloped or underutilized technologies to markets worldwide, primarily via licensing. While DGTI specializes in technologies in the infrastructure materials and processes fields, DGTI has experience in the industrial equipment and environmental monitoring industries as well.
