(Hank) Jones, III  of Intersect Technology Consulting.  Mr. Jones provides advice in sales, procurement, licensing, and distribution:  negotiations, contract review, contract drafting, as outside counsel in identification, prioritization, and management of general legal actions, risks, and needs, and in particular Intellectual property strategy, protection, revenue creation, enforcement, and risk management; expert witness consulting and testifying in information technology, i.p., and other disputes and risk management:  compliance, dispute analysis/resolution, and “preventive law” services.  Mr. Jones previously was an attorney at Fulbright and Jaworski, Vice President of Intellectual Property Development at U.S. Robotics, Counsel at Andersen Worldwide Legal Group, General Counsel at QMS, Inc., and was Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal Services at Ashton-Tate.
