Dr. Bo Carlsson, Professor of Economics; E. Mandell deWindt Professor of Industrial Economics; Director, PhD. Programs and Research
Dr. Carlsson will discuss: Universities, Entrepreneurship and Public Policy: Lessons from Abroad
Bo Carlsson received his PhD from Stanford University and has research interests in the areas of: The Role of Entrepreneurship in Economic Growth; Clustering of Economic Activity in Industries and Regions in International Comparison; Intellectual Property Management; and Innovation Systems. He has numerous publications and is involved in many academic and professional activities.
Event Information :
The meeting will be held at noon at the Corporate Circle South Building on Chagrin Boulevard , and will provide a choice of lunches catered by Café 56 Grill. These include: Spinach Salad with Bacon, Sante Fe Chicken Deli Sandwich, or a Grilled Vegetable Wrap. A dessert and a beverage are included.
The cost will be $15 payable at the door (checks made payable to "First Principals, Inc."). Please return your reservation - by email or phone - by noon on Monday, March 21. Although we have some very limited flexibility to add reservations after that time, you are obligated to pay for any reservations not canceled before the noon cutoff.
Directions :
The Corporate Circle South Building is located at 30100 Chagrin Blvd. It is a mile and a quarter east of the I-271 exit and a quarter mile west of Lander Circle . The meeting room is on the third floor, just to the right as you exit the elevator. The meeting will start promptly at noon and end by 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. and there will be ample networking time.
