The presentation will explore critical issues and illustrate dramatic developments regarding “The Dynamic Power of Intellectual Property in Private Equity Deals”. Panel members will emphasize ways in which companies and investors are capitalizing on millions - even billions - of dollars of “hidden value” that may be locked up in intellectual property assets, providing first hand accounts of how this “hidden value” is being leveraged through securitization of patents, trademarks and copyrights within private equity deals.
