Thomas Hall
Thomas Hall, Senior Vice President and Group Counsel for Commercial Solutions, joined ACS in 2002 to manage the legal department's support of Commercial Solutions from Dallas. Thomas' group is comprised of attorneys and staff who serve Commercials Solutions' global operations and outsourcing transactions. Before joining ACS, Thomas was a partner in a technology and media transaction boutique law firm in Austin and later served as general counsel at Customer Analytics, Inc. Thomas is a graduate of Illinois State University and the University of Texas' School of Law and McCombs Graduate School of Business.

Cindy Lafrance
Cindy Lafrance is the founder of Lafrance International, a strategic marketing firm, focused exclusively on increasing the revenue of underperforming software products and services. Cindy has over twenty years of product management, development management, sales and consulting experience at companies including BMC Software, Schlumberger, Digital Equipment Corporation, RCA, and DuPont. Cindy was a pioneer in the early days of software process improvement, licensed by the Software Engineering Institute in 1992. She trained a group of ISO 9000 auditors from the National Indian government in 1993 in the Software Process Assessment methodology. Cindy has spoken at Oracle Open World, UNIX/EXPO, and corporate international sales training meetings in Europe and Australia. Cindy has briefed IDC, Gartner, and META Group analysts, and delivered countless training sessions. Cindy is a member of the National Speakers Association, IEEE, Tau Beta Pi, ABWA, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Leadership Austin.

Allen Lineberry
Allen Lineberry is the Patent Counsel for Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) headquartered in Plano, Texas. EDS is a multi-billion dollar IT services and consulting company with over 140,0900 employees globally. At EDS, Mr. Lineberry is responsible for patent procurement, IP licensing and litigation and IP support for mergers and acquisitions and contracts. Prior to joining EDS, he was General Counsel at Readycom, Inc., a wireless content delivery solutions provider. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was a software developer at American Airlines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Baylor University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
