The speaker, Michael F. Maloney, is a certified Public Account and a Director with Peterson Consulting, the financial and claims unit of Navigant Consulting, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience as a CPA and consultant, analyzing accounting, economic, and financial issues arising in disputes concerning Intellectual Property, Business Evaluations, Mergers and Acquisitions.
