Patent Challenges after MedImmune and KSR,  Implications for Practice

Hal Wegner will discuss the practical impact of the Supreme Court MedImmune and KSR decisions on intellectual property practitioners and their clients. The expected early January 2007 MedImmune and likely February 2007 KSR Supreme Court decisions taken together will have a profound impact on patent strength and licensee validity challenges, perhaps fundamentally shifting the balance in the patent world. Mr. Wegner will provide a lively and informative synopsis of what the patent world faces with the changes from the Supreme Court.
