Title:
"Enforcing Cross-Border Non-Disclosure Agreements: What You Don't Know Might Hurt Your Client."
Companies increasingly find themselves entering into non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with controlling law in a country other than their own. Where are the potential pitfalls, and what are some best practices for crafting these important agreements? This session will highlight some surprising differences between countries in the enforceability of "standard" provisions often found in NDAs drafted by US practitioners.
