Cooperative Research and Development Agreements: A Military Perspective 

As agreements between government agencies and private companies increase, CRADAs have been instrumental in the commercialization of various technologies. The military's use of CRADAs and the numerous issues involved, particularly the confidentiality provisions, are the subject of the luncheon presentation. To add more perspective and provide for a lively discussion, we will have both the Army's and Navy's respective perspectives on the usage of CRADAs. Mr. Wittig and Ms. Kuhl will also provide helpful information to private companies in dealing with the military.
