To get their message through to tech-savvy consumers - and get a leg up on infringers - licensors are experimenting with putting their brands and content to work in fantasy worlds, social networking, and user-generated content, From YouTube to FaceBook to Second Life, this program looks at ways to manage risk and maintain trademark and copyright integrity in new online channels.
Mark Traphagen has advised clients in trademarks and copyrights for over 20 years.
