With over 30 years' experience, Russ has worked with over 100 start-up and emerging small high-tech companies in over 40 states. He received his BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado and a MSBA in business from the University of Northern Colorado. He spent 4 years with Arthur Andersen, where he became a CPA. Russ has been a corporate controller for a publicly-held electronic manufacturing company and a VP of Finance and Conracts for an Inc. 500 small business. He is a nationally-recognized expert in the Small Business Innovation Research program and is a frequent speaker at national SBIR conferences.
