The Denver Chapter is shrugging of its recent hiatus with a talented panel of Denver attorneys.  Our panel of speakers will each provide a synopsis of the CREATE (Cooperative Research and Technology Enhancement) Act, Data Rights in Government Contracts and a briefing of the recent Medimmune Supreme Court decision.

Please note that the Denver Chapter is back!  We already have March’s meeting planned and are in the process of setting the schedule for the rest of 2007.  Please join us in revitalizing the chapter events and to join in our efforts in building in 2007.
