As a result, collaborative innovation is surging, building innovation teams from multiple organizations located in numerous countries. Mark B. Mondry is Managing Director of Phronesys LLC, a Colorado based management consulting firm focused on helping client organizations achieve growth through strategic innovation. His background includes over 25 years legal, transactional and executive management experience in high growth companies ranging from large established industry leaders (Eli Lilly, Guidant) to early stage technology start-ups..
