Background:
Richard Stobbe is an intellectual property lawyer with Brownlee LLP in Calgary, Alberta practising in the areas of IP licensing, software and patent licensing, technology transfer, internet law and privacy law. He has spoken to numerous industry groups and has been a course instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and the University of British Columbia in business law and intellectual property law topics.
