What We Individually And Collectively Do
"We create and close business and financial transactions where Intellectual Property and Capital are key parts of the deal and the market value of the Intellectual Property is quantified by the transaction. We represent a professional organization which places Intellectual Property in the context of the overall business asset base. We leverage the assets to create quantifiable financial impact by; licensing individual assets, combining assets to broaden its use, placing assets into marketable products, or by creating the engineering to manufacture and place a product in the market for sale."
