LES-Los Angeles Chapter Luncheon

Please join us at the Licensing Executive Society Luncheon to learn about intellectual property insurance. Our speaker, David A. Gauntlett, Esq., is a national specialist in the insurance aspects of Intellectual Property/Antitrust Law and Litigation. His ten-attorney law firm, Gauntlett & Associates, has represented more than 30 Fortune 1000 companies in the area of Intellectual Property/Antitrust insurance, including Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, General Electric, Unocal, Arrow Electronics, Comsat, JC Penney and others. He is always interested in speaking to those involved with intellectual property who may be interested in finding out more about how defendant companies in IP or antitrust litigation can use the "advertising injury" clause of their existing general liability insurance policies to pay for legal defense costs incurred in IP or antitrust litigation.
