Marie Talnack, a Ph. D. candidate is currently conducting research on
the organizational styles of companies that do licensing.
Emily Waldron holds an M.B.A. from USC and is the Assistant Director of Office
of Intellectual Property Administration at UCLA. She has experience in the technology
transfer office at City of Hope Medical Center as well.
Richmond Wolf, Ph.D., is the Associate Director of the Office of Technology
Transfer at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), a nonprofit university
that also manages the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) for NASA. He assesses
the commercial and technical merit of technologies developed at Caltech and
JPL, and manages the operations of the intellectual property portfolio, which
includes over 1500 issued and pending patents.
DIRECTIONS:
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Proceed eastbound on the Century Freeway (105 FWY) to the Harbor Freeway
(110 FWY) northbound to Los Angeles
- Exit at 4th Street, staying in the left most lane when merging into traffic
- The first street you reach will be Lower Grand, make a left turn
- The entrance into the parking facility will be on your left side
From West Los Angeles
- Proceed eastbound on the Santa Monica Freeway (10 FWY) to the Harbor Freeway
(110 FWY) northbound to Los Angeles
- Exit at 4th Street, staying in the left most lane when merging into traffic
- The first street you reach will be Lower Grand, make a left turn
- The entrance into the parking facility will be on your left side
From Hope Street Entrance
- On Hope Street, continue northbound and turn right onto Kosciuszko Way
- Turn right onto Lower Grand Avenue and the entrance to the parking facility
will be on your right side.
