Whether you are starting an inbound and/or outbound intellectual property (IP) licensing practice or planning to revamp your current IP licensing process you will gain insights into what to do and what NOT to do when licensing IP. The presentation will include topics such as the dynamics of a successful IP licensing workplace, how to develop IP business models, IP marketing, and more.
Our speaker is Andrea M. Jacobson. Ms. Jacobson is an inventor, a patent holder, and has established inbound and outbound IP licensing programs for global Fortune 500 companies. She has developed and negotiated IP licensing deals ranging from manufacturing processes to software and channel partnerships/joint development agreements in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
