Upcoming Event at the Minnesota Chapter: Unwinding Deals: A Panel Discussion With luck none of us have to unwind too many deals, but if you have unwound even one, you know it's a major challenge. This month's session will be a discussion among a panel and the audience about what seems to work, what doesn't and what you can do during initial creation of the deal to help make taking it apart easier if that becomes necessary.
