Summary:
Members from Mayo's Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology Business Development Team will provide an overview of Mayo Clinic and its diagnostic testing laboratory business which performs over 11.7 million tests per year for patients in Rochester and throughout the world. Business development and licensing activities supporting Mayo and its laboratory practice will be discussed. These activities include industry collaborations, harmacogenetic marker licensing, strategic test and technology development, threat management, and other licensing activities. Review approach to IP portfolio valuation, risk profile assessment and cost analysis.
