Does Your Company Have a Great Strategic Position and a Winning Brand Strategy?
(An insider's guide to being loved by your company's marketing department while making your company more valuable.)

Unfortunately, if you are managing your company's trademark portfolio, you probably have an adversarial relationship with your marketing department . Too often marketers see trademark administrators and lawyers as an impediment to their goals, and often as only the messenger of bad news (i.e." you can't do that!"). But it does not have to be so!
Our speaker, Michael Lasky, has cracked the code on how to be appreciated by marketers as part of their solution, not their problem.

In 45 minutes, you will have new tools to be an effective advocate without alienating your client. And you will increase your company's net worth!

This multimedia program is highly entertaining, was the top rated program at LES International meeting (Oslo) two years ago.

Michael Lasky is a 27 year veteran of intellectual property law and has practiced extensively patents, trademarks and copyrights. He is a founding partner of Altera Law Group in Minneapolis and Atlanta with degrees in engineering from Univ. of Minnesota (with distinction) and Law (JD, Cum Laude) from Syracuse University. He is known as an engaging speaker and presents regularly at international IP conferences including LES, INTA, and AIPLA. His non-law activities are diverse,
founding Aktia Corp, a brand creation firm, creating the program "Nightmare on Namestreet(r)" (under license from Warner Bros) and the co-author of "Online Dating for Dummies(r)" (Wiley 2004).
