- The two basic TRIZ tools and how to apply them to everyday problems.

- strengthen and expand the scope of patent filings
- attach and circumvent blocking patents
- anticipate future products and processes and draft patents with them in mind
- evaluate the strength of intellectual capital in acquisition decisions.
