Congress and the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("PTO"), and the people who sue the PTO, refuse to stand still on the issue of patent reform.  John Dragseth will give you up to the minute information on new developments.  He will also discuss best practices for dealing with the changes, and how to make the changes a positive thing for licensing professionals.
