"Patent Reform: An Insider's Perspective"

The US patent system is currently under immense scrutiny.  Some argue that the USPTO is overburdened and that patent quality has suffered.  Others argue that the US patent litigation system is too skewed against defendants.  As a result, there has been a major push to change the US patent system.  Bruce will discuss the current state of patent reform in the US and what the proposed changes mean for today’s IP professionals.
