Phil Nyborg

Phil Nyborg is an independent serial entrepreneur who has leveraged numerous ventures through business development and effective utilization of licensing.  He has been CEO of three semiconductor startups, most recently here in the Triangle in a venture applying advanced semiconductor technology to medical devices, imaging devices, and chips for handhelds (such as Smart Phones and PDAs) with extreme functional integration.

Phil in CEO roles has raised over $40M for his ventures, and companies he has founded or helped develop have had liquidity exits (three acquisitions, one IPO) totaling $600M over the past ten years.

CANCELLATIONS: 
LES is required to provide the number of registrants to the meeting venue at the time of the registration deadline and guarantee payment for each registrant.  For this reason, refunds or credits can only be provided to registrants who provide notice of cancellation prior to the registration deadline stated above.  This policy applies to registrants requesting delayed payment at the door (by check) as well as those registered online in advance.
