The Research Triangle Park Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society invites you to join us for our upcoming July lunch meeting. Programs in Support of Company Inception, Research and Growth" John P. Richert is a senior executive with 30 years of business development, licensing and commercialization experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He joined the North Carolina Biotechnology Center in December 2004 as vice president of the Business and Technology Development Program. Prior to joining the North Carolina Biotechnology Center, John worked as Vice President of Business Development for Incara Pharmaceuticals, a company which he helped start in 1994. Before Incara, he worked for several years at Sphinx Pharmaceuticals. John began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, first with Pfizer and then Schering-Plough, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and business development. John is actively involved in CED, the Life Sciences Business Development Professionals of North Carolina, and LES International. He received his B.S. from Georgetown University and his MBA from Fairleigh-Dickinson University. ADMISSION: Early registration fee of $25.00 through July 7th. Registration fee increases to $30.00 for registrations received after July 7th. Seating is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Registration fee includes lunch. For this reason, refunds or credits can only be provided to registrants who provide notice of cancellation prior to the registration deadline stated above. This policy applies to registrants requesting delayed payment at the door (by check) as well as those registered online in advance. LES Research Triangle Park is a local chapter of the Licensing Executives Society (LES). We gather together professionals who engage in managing, valuing and licensing technology.
