PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The abstract nature of intellectual property makes placing real value on it difficult at best.  Yet the cost of development or acquisition is very real.  Time, money and expertise represent concrete investments upon which businesses must seek a return. Similar situations exits when purchasing or licensing technology.  Valuation drives the price and/or license terms as well as the expected returns.

Please join us for a panel discussion centered on valuing intellectual property and how to maximize the return on developmental or acquisition costs.  Our talented panel will address various approaches to valuing IP, the significant effect of good will and business strategies that maximize returns on IP investments.
