Seattle Chapter Upcoming Event General Planning Meeting
Date: You are invited to meet with the board members of your local LES chapter in an open general planning meeting. In addition to discussing overall program planning topics, we will be soliciting volunteers for open board positions. Some of the openings will allow current board members to retire after a year of service. Others have been proposed to provide resources for enhanced programming. This is an excellent opportunity to become more involved in the local IP community. By harnessing some of the great energy that has been shown at recent LES meetings we will be able to organize new programs based on member recommendations. For example, folks have suggested a breakfast series for IP novices, advanced topics such as university/biotech deals, and perhaps most fun of all a yearly social event. We are confident that there are other great ideas that we haven't heard. Bring yours so that your local LES chapter can provide what is relevant to you.
