LES is happy to announce David Mycroft as our November luncheon speaker.  Mr. Mycroft is an IP infringement investigator.  His experience includes investigation of intellectual property theft, re-branding of products, optical disc piracy, theft of proprietary data, and asset tracing.  He is particularly knowledgeable about risk mitigation in Asia, having conducted investigations in Asia for twelve years.

 

In this lecture entitled "IP Protection and Theft in Asia," Mr. Mycroft will give attendees an overview of the pitfalls of outsourcing in Asia and some advice on how to mitigate them.
