A statewide poll of attorneys by Washington Law and Politics tapped Mr. Warner as one of their "Super Lawyers" in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006. Washington CEO in 2006 included Mr. Warner on a list of "Washington's Most Amazing Attorneys" in the area of Intellectual Property Rights, as selected through a voting process involving law firms throughout the state. Mr. Warner's technology practice encompasses computer law, e-commerce, and other Internet related legal issues. He also advises clients on general business transactions involving the development and transfer of technology (with extensive focus on advanced technologies in Europe and Asia (particularly Taiwan and China). In this practice area clients include software developers, telecommunications companies, hardware manufacturers, on-line service providers, web site developers and other content providers, and multimedia companies. Mr. Warner is committed to organizations that promote the growth of technology and is a long time member of the WSA, the Computer Law Association (CLA), and the Northwest Entrepreneur Network (NWEN). He serves on WSA's planning committee for the Wireless SIG and heads up the legal focus project at NWEN.

Driving Directions to Garvey Schubert Barer

If you are driving south on I-5 from north of Seattle, exit at Union Street. Take Union to Second Avenue, turn left onto Second Avenue, and drive south two blocks to Seneca Street. To enter the parking garage: Turn right onto Seneca Street (Seneca is a 2-way street only between Second and First Avenues). Make the first left turn into the parking garage.

If you are driving west on 520, take I-5 heading south and follow the directions above.

If you are driving north on I-5 (for example, from Seattle-Tacoma airport), take the Seneca Street exit and follow Seneca down the hill (west) to Second Avenue. To enter the parking garage: Cross Second Avenue (Seneca is a 2-way street only between Second and First Avenues). Make the first left turn into the parking garage.

If you are driving west on I-90, get on I-5 heading north. Take the Madison Street exit, turn left (west) on Madison Street, and drive down the hill to First Avenue. Turn right (north) on First Avenue and drive two blocks north to Seneca Street. Turn right (east) on Seneca Street. To enter the parking garage: Drive two-thirds of the way up the block and enter the second garage entrance.

If you are driving from West Seattle, take the exit for 99 North on the West Seattle bridge. Exit 99 at the Seneca Street exit and cross First Avenue. To enter the parking garage: Drive two-thirds of the way up the block and enter the second garage entrance.
