Speaker Bio - Michael Wickstead – Ogden Murphy Wallace
Mr. Wickstead is a lead attorney in Ogden Murphy Wallace’s bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor group.  He has extensive experience with complex commercial transactions, representing creditors, collection enforcement, and structuring loan workouts.  His practice also includes negotiation and drafting of personal and real property purchase and sale agreements, secured financing documents (either for the lender or borrower) and business mergers and acquisitions.  In large commercial transactions, Mr. Wickstead is frequently consulted concerning available remedies and safeguards in the event a party becomes insolvent or files for bankruptcy protection.

From I-5 North

  • Take I-5 North to Madison Street exit ortake the Seneca Street exit
  • Turn left and continue to Fifth Avenue
  • Turn left onto Fifth Avenue andcontinue south to Columbia Street
  • Turn right onto Columbia Street
  • The entrance to the Columbia Center Parking Garage is on the left,mid-block.

The main entrance to the Columbia Center is located at Fifth Avenue and Columbia. If you have parked in the Columbia Center Garage, take garage elevators to the Fifth Avenue Lobby. In the lobby you will be greeted in the evenings or on weekends by a
Columbia Tower Club Receptionist or a member of the Columbia Center Security Staff.
You will ascend the main elevator to the 40th Floor (Sky Lobby), and then change elevators and continue to the 75th Floor. The Columbia Tower Club reception desk and coat check area is located on the 75th Floor. Club Receptionists will direct you to your
event location.  Please note that parking validation will not be available for this event.

March Speaker Bio – James S. Jantos, J.D., LL.M. Taxation
James S. Jantos, J.D., LL.M. Taxation, counsels in the areas of international tax and business planning, federal and state tax compliance, estate planning, and intellectual property.  Mr. Jantos operates his own law firm on Mercer Island, Washington and has broad experience involving the design and implementation of business and investment strategies for U.S. and foreign entities and individuals.
