transactions. He structures and negotiates a variety of complex domestic
and international transactions. These include joint ventures, strategic
alliances, and other collaborative relationships; commercial transactions
for the development, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing
of technology; outsourcing transactions; and technology acquisitions, including
mergers and spin-outs. Parag provides strategic counseling regarding
many aspects of intellectual property and technology law. He also
works on venture capital investments and other corporate transactions to
evaluate the technology and intellectual property rights involved and to
structure the transfer and protection of those assets. Parag’s
clients range from small start-ups to established public companies.
