SPEAKER: Adam Smyth, Dofasco
In today's "knowledge economy", intellectual capital has been estimated to be 80% of a firm's worth. How well is your organization managing its intellectual capital? Adam Smyth will discuss Nermien Al-Ali's intellectual capital management model and how one can benefit from this strategic resource. The model will be utilized to describe how intellectual capital could evolve in the next 20 years.

Adam is currently a member of Dofasco's Sustainable Development team that is developing Dofasco's 5-20 year Next Generation strategy. Adam was a Senior Automation Analyst for Dofasco, responsible for supporting technology and business development for the Dofasco Automation Technology group.
