businesses with an emphasis on (among other things) negotiating and
drafting agreements.
Mr. Epstein has extensive experience in starting
and operating new business ventures internationally. Mr. Epstein spent nine years as

and the Czech Republic. Mr. Epstein co-founded
BCH Communications in 1992. The company initially offered discount international

into a switchless reseller of telecommunication
services. By 1999, BCH Communications had become
a national internet service provider in Poland
offering voice over the internet and traditional
internet access services across an eight-city

Commerce in Poland.
Mr. Epstein is admitted to practice before the
Bar in the State of California and the United

entrepreneurs in the development of their high
technology businesses for investment.
SUBJECT: Mr. Epstein and his partner, Gary Nath, presented their "Negotiation Tactics" workshop most recently at the 2005 LES Annual
Meeting in Phoenix, and Mr. Epstein kindly agreed to travel to Vancouver
this February to present it to those of us who couldn’t make it to the
Annual Meeting. This workshop focuses on providing negotiating tactics,
such as how to get what you want, when to stand firm, and when to fold.
Don't miss this highly interactive session focused on the art and
science of successful negotiation. Extensive dialogue and active
participation are hallmarks of this dynamic session.
