Vancouver Chapter Upcoming Events
Wal-mart
vs Google in the IP "Don't Pay a Cent" Event
Topic:
Intellectual property verges on a fixation in some quarters. With examples
growing of IP locking competitors out of markets, creating immensely
profitable license streams, and generally becoming increasingly economically
valuable, corporations, research institutes, and universities all now
look at their IP portfolio, current and pending, as a source of needed
income. The trouble is, they're mostly looking at IP the wrong way!
The
Vancouver chapter of the LICENSING EXECUTIVES SOCIETY invites all LES
members and friends to a keynote presentation on perspectives on IP value
by Paul Kedrosky from Ventures West. This should be of interest to the
general business community.
