Strategic Alliances Committee
The functions of the Strategic Alliances Committee are:
- Study interrelations between licensing and alliances, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and their impact on technology transfer practices.
- Provide an education forum for LES members.
- Provide speakers for workshops, chapters, seminars and plenary sessions.
