LES 2005 Annual and Seasonal Meeting Sponsorship Program
The Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada),
Inc. (LES) is pleased to present the sponsorship program
for 2005 Seasonal and Annual Meetings. This revised
program is designed to give sponsors visibility and
opportunities to meet and identify potential clients and
customers. To ensure that each sponsor receives a
maximum level of exposure, the number of sponsorships
is limited.
New Opportunity - Consolidated Sponsorship:
LES is improving the value of sponsorship in 2005 by
offering a consolidated sponsorship program for one,
two or all three LES meetings. A limited number of
sponsorships for multiple meetings are available at a
reduced cost. Sponsors can realize additional savings and
increased visibility by extending their support to the
Winter and Spring meetings, which typically attract
a distinct audience from those who attend the LES
Annual Meeting. This consolidated program can simplify
your sponsorship budget planning for the coming
year. Sponsorship of individual meetings is still available.
Based on recent meeting performance, we expect over
2000 attendees at LES meetings in 2005. Attendees
typically include business development executives from
corporations, universities and government as well as
intellectual asset management professionals from
professional services firms, primarily law, accounting
and consulting.
Benefits of Consolidated LES Sponsorship:
- Savings over multiple individual meeting sponsorships
- Broader exposure to LES members throughout the
USA and Canada
- Sustained visibility through the LES web site and
meeting promotion materials
- Reduced time spent reviewing individual meeting
sponsorship programs
- One or more complimentary registrations for each
meeting.
Limited to the first twelve sponsors.
About the Benefits:
A Sponsor does not have to take advantage
of any benefit or opportunity in a
sponsorship category, but the price of
the sponsorship will
not be adjusted. Items identified as
"opportunity" will require the Sponsor to
pay the additional costs associated with
taking advantage of the opportunity.
LES will determine content, size and
placement of all signage. Each Sponsor
will supply its name and/or logo in a
high resolution computer compatible format to accommodate
various signage applications.
Each individual receiving a complimentary meeting registration
must complete and submit to LES a registration form to ensure
inclusion on the registration list that is distributed to each
registrant.
Sponsorship Program Fees
Please note - sponsorship of the Winter Meeting
or any combination that includes the Winter Meeting
must be received by LES by December 31, 2004.
