Spring Meeting:
Single Occupancy: $179.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $199.00 per night
Club Single Occupancy: $199.00 per night
Club Double Occupancy: $219.00 per night
These special rates for the LES/AUTM Spring
Meeting are available through April 10, 2006.
After this date, hotel rooms will be on a
space-available basis at the regular rate per
night. The hotel will confirm reservations
with each participant directly.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: 12:00 p.m.
The Loews Philadelphia is conveniently located
in downtown Philadelphia, just 20 minutes
from the Philadelphia International Airport,
10 minutes from Philadelphia 30th Street
Amtrak Train Station, or take the Subway blue
line, orange line or regional line to the Market
Street East Stop and the hotel will be located
across the street.
Deposit
The hotel requires a deposit equal to one
night's room and tax which is non-refundable
after April 10, 2006.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All changes and/or cancellations are to be
made directly with the hotel. Cancellations
must be made by Monday, April 10 to receive
a refund of the deposit amount.
