Weather and Dress
San Francisco is one of the most visited cities in the world. Its physical
setting is stunning, with its fabled hills and a mild climate punctuated by
both fog and sunshine. The San Francisco area has a temperate marine climate
with winter temperatures ranging from highs around 60°F and lows around
40°F. Visitors are most comfortable with a light sweater or jacket. An
all-weather coat will take the chill off cool evenings. Please be advised
to check the national weather conditions a day or two before you depart to
help you pack for the meeting.
For receptions and each day’s educational
programming, business attire is the norm. Remember, meeting room temperatures
and personal comfort zones vary. It is recommended that you bring a sweater
or jacket to the sessions.
