Les Goff joined the University of Southern Mississippi in October 2003 as Executive Director of Innovation and Business Development. Along with his duties of business development for the University he is the President & CEO of Noetic Technologies, Inc. Noetic is a for profit company initiative of the University’s Research Foundation. Noetic Technologies, Inc. also manages industry contracts, joint ventures and business start ups for the University. Les co-founded Noetic Technologies, Inc and leads several early stage start-up companies that are active today.
Les Goff was the General Manager of Global Application Technology for GE Plastics, a position he assumed in 2002. In this position, he is responsible for Design and Engineering teams, material process and testing teams that focus on new application development for the 6 Billion dollar revenue global plastics business.
Les Goff received his PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi. Les has been the Co-Chair of the CEMC Sector since 2006. Please feel free to contact him with suggestions that you might have to improve the CEMC Sector.

Andrea Cohen joined NanoGram in 2006 in the role of Director of Legal Affairs where she is responsible for its worldwide legal operations, including commercial input and negotiation of strategic partnership transactions along with management of NanoGram’s intellectual property portfolio. Andrea has more than 15 years of diverse international licensing and intellectual property skill–linked experience, representing industrial, commercial, enterprise software and consulting entities. Prior to joining NanoGram, she held various senior management and legal roles working for companies such as Valero Energy Corporation, Sum Total Systems and TransCore (a former division of SAIC). While at TransCore, where she served as the V.P. of Intellectual Property, she initiated obtaining her law degree.
In addition to her role at LES, she is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the California State Bar, Intellectual Property Section. Andrea holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has been the Co-Chair of the CEMC Sector since 2007.
