Sponsorship Program Enhances Meetings And Education
By Judith Katz Nath

The LES (USA & Canada) Sponsorship Program officially began with the 2003 Annual Meeting in San Diego. Since the Sponsorship Program’s inception, the Sponsorship Committee, headed by Gary Nath, has enabled the Society to expand its educational programs, improve networking opportunities, and provide enhanced meetings and seminars.

From the Program’s beginnings to the current round of fundraising, the Board of Trustees routinely reviews and modifies the Program in order to maintain the integrity of the Society while assisting in leveraging financial resources without significantly impacting member costs.

The Sponsorship Committee, comprised of Chuck Neuenschwander, Steve Adam, Ross Epstein and Janet Pioli, is always seeking additional LES members for participation in identifying new fundraising opportunities which are consistent with our Society’s Sponsorship Guidelines.

Generous support from Sponsors has upgraded the LES meeting experience through enhanced audiovisual technology and consistently innovative networking events.

For the 2008 Annual Meeting in Vancouver, the Meeting Committee is moving forward with an exciting new Power Networking program for which individual corporate sponsors are being solicited. Help sponsorship grow, and maintain its future viability by becoming a sponsor today.
